The KUGB Northern Region Championships were held on Saturday 27th October at the University of Sunderland Sports Centre. York Elite were well represented with some fantastic performances. Notable results included:
Sammi King - Silver Medal Girls Kumite
James McNichol - Silver Medal Boys Kumite
Oliver Lines - Silver Medal Ippon Kumite
Cayleigh McCartnery - Bronze Medal Girls Kumite
Fraser Grice and Jason Crowther for an incredible bronze medal in the team kumite despite having only two team members in a team supposed to have three!
